He manages insolvency proceedings, litigation, asset tracing, and asset freezing in major offshore jurisdictions. He also handles disputes in the High Court of England & Wales and in appeals. In addition, he is authorized to conduct proceedings at the Dubai International Financial Centre courts.
David litigates and arbitrates many disputes in the oil, gas, and energy industry, including gas supply agreements, pipeline agreements, refinery fires, fraud, seismic provisions, and CO2 allowances.
David’s international arbitration work includes hearings before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the London Court of International Arbitration.
