Dana N. Bach focuses her practice on securities-related litigation, arbitration, and investigations, as well as complex commercial litigation. Dana has an active pro bono practice working on a wide variety of matters including working with veterans to upgrade their discharge status and retain public assistance and on cases concerning the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. She has submitted amicus briefs to two federal appellate courts on behalf of LGBTQ+ advocacy and educational organizations.
During her third year of law school, Dana was research editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and a board member for the Employment Advocacy Project, a student-run pro bono group focused on employee rights and representing unemployment compensation claimants in administrative appeals hearings. She also participated in Penn Law’s Civil Practice Clinic.
