Braden Fairweather works with a team of antitrust and competition lawyers to counsel clients on competition law challenges. During law school, Braden was a board member of the Competition Law Society and the First-Generation Professionals organization. He also competed internationally as a member of Duke Law’s Vis Moot team.
As a member of the Vis Moot team, Braden competed in the 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where he received an honorable mention for Best Respondent’s Memorandum. He also won the Ninth London Pre-Moot competition, where he was awarded first runner-up for Best Speaker. He also spent a semester at the Université Panthéon-Assas for a global disputes settlement program.
At the University of California, Santa Cruz, Braden earned bachelor’s degrees in politics, history with honors, and legal studies with honors and distinction. He graduated cum laude and with Dean’s University Honors.
