Ashley began her career as a rape prosecutor at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office, and prior to joining Morgan Lewis was the youngest ever, and first woman, to serve as chair of another Philadelphia-based law firm. Her trauma-informed and leadership-based experience provides her clients with important insight into the often-dueling demands of business operations and legal compliance.
