Litigating in US state and federal courts, Alexander Grodan defends employers large and small against labor and employment claims. These allegations include sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination claims under Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and wage and hour class actions. In addition, Alex pays special attention to the developing legal issues surrounding social media in the workplace and enforcement of arbitration agreements, devising best practices as courts react to novel claims in these areas.
