WASHINGTON, DC, March 3, 2025: Morgan Lewis has been recognized as a global US International Trade Commission (ITC) leader in the 2025 ITC Intelligence Report, the recently released rankings of the law firms, lawyers, and companies involved in Section 337 ITC cases. Published by analytics-based intellectual property company Patexia, the rankings are based on ITC case filing activity and performance over the last six years.

Morgan Lewis’s global ITC team offers litigation capability and scientific depth on behalf of clients in the fast-paced, high-stakes proceedings before the ITC. Morgan Lewis’s ITC team was ranked among the best for representing complainants in the Top-Performing Law Firms Overall category and first among respondent firms—out of 100 ranked law firms.

The team’s members, including partners Eric Namrow, who leads the firm’s ITC practice, and Stephanie Roberts were recognized across ITC categories. Of note, Stephanie garnered recognition as the best-performing ITC lawyer overall and Eric and Stephanie were each ranked among the top three ITC lawyers representing respondents—both recognitions were out of 100 ranked lawyers.

To determine its rankings, Patexia tracked the 335 ITC Section 337 cases filed from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024. Patexia then evaluated the activity of more than 4,300 lawyers, nearly 400 law firms, and more than 1,800 companies from that period.

Patexia separately named partner Michael Lyons in its annual Patent Litigation 2025 Intelligence Report as one of the Top 50 patent litigators in the country. The report covers a comprehensive analysis of the past five years of patent litigation activity, covering over 18,000 cases, 17,000 patents, and insights, reviewing 15,000 attorneys and 3,300 law firms.
