LOS ANGELES, December 30, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Nicole Buffalano has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Leaders of Influence: Thriving in Their 40s list. The honor recognizes leading professionals in their 40s in the Los Angeles area.
Nicole’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor matters and the National Labor Relations Act. She represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and other collective bargaining matters, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practices proceedings and union elections. She also counsels clients across a range of labor and employment issues, including those related to business organizations and corporate transactions, workplace investigations, employee handbooks, and collective bargaining issues regarding the California Labor Code.
