Associate James Mulligan is quoted in a Risk.net article discussing challenges related to compliance with the European Union’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). James said as the January 2025 compliance deadline nears, contract remediation between financial entities and their vendors has seen some difficulties.
“Some financial entities have come to vendors with terms quite late in the day, and in fact after providers have themselves developed their own terms,” he said. “We’re seeing a battle of the forms.”
