ALMATY, October 23, 2024: Morgan Lewis, as legal adviser, has been named as part of the Corporate Syndicated Loan Deal of the Year and Export Finance Deal of the Year at the 2024 Global Banking & Markets: CEE, CIS & Turkey Awards, which recognize those involved in the most innovative and ground-breaking deals from the financial markets of central and eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and Turkey.
This recognition comes from Morgan Lewis’s representation of YILDIRIM International Investment Holding on a $286 million cross-border corporate syndicated loan from a bank syndicate to finance the Qazaq Soda project in Kazakhstan. General Director Aset Shyngyssov and senior associate Anna Kornilova represented YILDIRIM.
Winners will be honored at a ceremony in Istanbul on November 20.
