CENTURY CITY, October 9, 2024: Morgan Lewis partners Seth Gerber and Debra Fischer have been named to the Daily Journal Top Trade Secrets Lawyers list for 2024. This is the fifth consecutive year that Seth has been named to the list recognizing California’s leading lawyers focused on trade secret matters.
As leader of the Trade Secrets Working Group in the firm’s intellectual property practice, Seth focuses on trade secret, restrictive covenant, and employee mobility matters. An accomplished lead trial lawyer, Seth has successfully defended complex mass departure cases to verdict after lengthy jury trials and has obtained and defeated motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in jurisdictions across the United States.
Debra has focused her practice on employment law and unfair competition/trade secret litigation for more than 30 years, trying cases in California state and federal courts as well as handling cases in arbitration. Debra regularly counsels employers on all aspects of employment law compliance, risk avoidance, and crisis management.
