CENTURY CITY, October 14, 2024: Morgan Lewis partners Adam Abrahms and Debra Fischer have been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal among its 2024 Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys. The annual recognition honors influential labor and employment lawyers who have made significant contributions to the profession and the Los Angeles community. This is the second consecutive year Debra has received the recognition.
Adam handles complex collective bargaining negotiations and counsels employers on matters related to union organizing, representation elections, and corporate campaigns. He also represents clients in unfair labor practice proceedings before the US National Labor Relations Board and other federal and state agencies and in federal and state courts.
For more than 30 years, Debra has practiced employment law and unfair competition/trade secret litigation, trying cases in California state and federal courts as well as handling cases in arbitration. Debra regularly counsels employers in all aspects of employment law compliance, risk avoidance, and crisis management.
