The New York Law Journal profiled partner Ariel Gursky as a 2024 Rising Star winner.

When asked what advice she would give to young lawyers, Ariel responded: “Relationships and credibility matter, and in the securities enforcement world, we are repeat players, our clients are repeat players, and the regulators are repeat players. It is critical to find the right balance between zealous advocacy and cooperation, and to know how, when, and where to spend your capital.”
