LONDON, BOSTON, DUBAI, ABU DHABI, July 18, 2024: Morgan Lewis represented Yandex N.V. (to be renamed Nebius Group N.V.), a Nasdaq-listed Dutch company, in the sale of its businesses in Russia and certain international markets – the largest Western exit to date from Russia. Following the divestment, Nebius Group aims to become a leading European provider of infrastructure and services to AI builders globally.
