Law360 covered the arrival of a three-partner German team—Alexander Klett joined the firm’s Munich office and Sebastian Dexheimer joined the firm’s Frankfurt office. Christoph Mikyska, who will join the firm at a later date, will also be based in Munich.
Alex’s practice focuses on nontechnical IP litigation. He regularly represents clients in major proceedings before the German and European authorities and courts. Christoph, also an IP lawyer, represents clients on trademark, design and copyright law as well as unfair competition law. Sebastian, a private equity lawyer, advises investors and corporate clients on German and cross-border transactions across industries.
