WASHINGTON, DC, June 20, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Betselot Zeleke was recognized as a Rising Star at the With Intelligence 2024 Mutual Fund & ETF Awards. The Rising Star award highlights up-and-comers who have made significant strides early in their careers and whose excellence, achievements, and dedication to the mutual fund industry have stood out over the last year.
Betselot assists investment advisers, boards of directors, family offices, private funds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, business development companies, and other pooled investment vehicles with their compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A former attorney advisor at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Betselot served as a member of the Chair’s Attorney Honors Program, where he rotated through different offices within the Division of Investment Management.
Winners were announced at a ceremony in New York on June 18.
