Partner Christine Lombardo was quoted in an article by Ignites that discussed the US Securities and Exchange Commission re-opening comments on its predictive data analytics proposal.
“The predictive data analytics proposal should be more geared toward artificial intelligence ‘and the things that most people say should be the focus,’” said Christine, “rather than ‘things that exist and have existed for some time where there’s already appropriate rules to govern the controls around that type of technology.’”
