For more than 30 years, Debra has practiced employment law and unfair competition/trade secret litigation, trying cases in California state and federal courts as well as handling cases in arbitration. Debra regularly counsels employers in all aspects of employment law compliance, risk avoidance, and crisis management.
A seasoned trial lawyer for more than 26 years, Deanne focuses on environmental, mass toxic tort, product liability, and commercial litigation matters and business disputes in California and throughout the United States. She is lead counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, consumer products and retail, and chemical and manufacturing.
