WASHINGTON, DC, May 8, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Jocelyn Cuttino has been named to DCA Live’s 2024 list of Emerging Women Leaders in Law, which recognizes female lawyers in the Washington, DC area who are poised to become leaders within their firms and the region’s broader legal community.
A founding member of Morgan Lewis’s workplace culture consulting team and co-leader of the firm’s global sports industry team, Jocelyn partners with companies on a broad range of high-profile employment matters. She is frequently called upon by executive leadership and boards to investigate workplace misconduct claims and advise on remediation measures. Jocelyn also examines company culture to identify strategies for improvement and create diverse and inclusive workplaces and provides day-to-day counseling regarding employee complaints, performance management, leaves of absence, and disability accommodations.
