NEW YORK, December 1, 2023: Morgan Lewis advised the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) in connection with the LSTA’s publication of its first bilateral loan agreement, the new Form of Emerging Business Credit Agreement, in collaboration with the Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association. The new form, intended to be used for borrowers that are emerging businesses, includes three supplements: one for each of Security, Financial Covenants, and Agency.
The LSTA supports the growth of the syndicated loan market through leadership, advocacy, education, and insights.
