Morgan Lewis Helps Former Afghan Official, Family Flee To US, Law360

The Morgan Lewis team with a larger community of legislators and diplomats to help evacuate Hamid, his wife, and their five children from Afghanistan following the United States’ 2021 withdrawal from the Taliban-led country and seek asylum in the United States through the Special Immigrant Visa program in July.
