LMG Life Sciences Recognizes Morgan Lewis with Impact Deal of the Year Award

NEW YORK, September 8, 2023: Morgan Lewis has received the Impact Deal of the Year Award from LMG Life Sciences in recognition of the firm’s representation of Merck in its exclusive $9.5 billion license and collaboration agreement with Kelun-Biotech to develop seven investigational preclinical antibody-drug conjugates for the treatment of cancer.

Now in its 11th year, the annual Americas Awards recognize top life sciences practitioners and law firms across a range of key practice areas—regulatory, intellectual property (IP), financial and corporate, and non-IP litigation and enforcement—and jurisdictions through a rigorous research process and interviews with leading lawyers from the field.
