Associate Daniel Kadish spoke with HR Magazine about growing efforts by states to limit noncompete agreements. Daniel noted how variations in state laws can make it hard for companies with employees in different states to comply with different rules and suggested that companies assess their noncompete agreements.
"It makes sense for organizations to review their current noncompete agreement[s] and see if the way they are using those agreements are still aligned with their business goals," Daniel said.
