NEW YORK, December 7, 2022: Morgan Lewis has been named among the top 15 Most Innovative Law Firms in North America by the Financial Times. The distinction is a part of the publication’s 2022 Innovative Lawyers North America Report, which recognizes law firms and lawyers that deploy creative solutions to resolve complex problems.
The rankings are determined by assessing a firm’s innovation, policies, use of data and technology, approach to social responsibility, and financial growth.
Additionally, the firm was named a Standout firm for New Services in the Business of Law category for its workplace culture consulting services. The team helps employers respond to public social issues affecting the workplace, ranging from racial injustice and gender parity to compliance with COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Morgan Lewis was also Commended for Responsible Business in the Social Responsibility category for its Reproductive Rights Task Force, a cross-practice effort formed to address client concerns and needs following the US Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The task force, led by partners Sharon Perley Masling, Saghi Fattahian, and Jonathan Zimmerman and of counsel Pierce Blue, provides regular updates on state laws and legislation governing abortion access and helps staff a free legal advice hotline.
