Morgan Lewis’s LGBTQ+ Lawyer Network is one of several groups that regularly meets to support the recruiting, retention, and professional development of diverse lawyers. Our LGBTQ+ Lawyer Network, in collaboration with our pro bono practice, routinely takes on cases involving LGBTQ+ immigration and civil rights issues. The firm’s larger diversity and inclusion (D&I) program includes a multifaceted approach that influences how we service clients, collaborate with colleagues, and recruit prospective Morgan Lewis lawyers and administrative professionals, and how we engage the communities in which we live and practice.
