PHILADELPHIA and PITTSBURGH, May 5, 2022: Three Morgan Lewis partners have been recognized by The Legal Intelligencer in its 2022 Professional Excellence Awards. The annual awards highlight the work and achievements of lawyers throughout the Pennsylvania legal community in a range of categories.
The following Pennsylvania-based partners are among the 2022 recipients:
- Wendy West Feinstein, Distinguished Leader, for her work as lead trial counsel for Teva Pharmaceuticals in the first trial win in favor of opioid manufacturers in public nuisance and false advertising litigation.
- John Lavelle Jr., Power Player, for his role as the leader of a team that achieved more than $700 million in emergency food assistance to low-income Pennsylvania households.
- Michael Pillion, Lifetime Achievement, for his contributions as the founding partner and leader of the firm’s technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions practice.
The honorees are set to be recognized in special editorial sections and at a June 29 awards dinner in Philadelphia.
