PHILADELPHIA and PITTSBURGH, September 22, 2021: Morgan Lewis has been named Firm of the Year for Pennsylvania by IFLR1000 as part of its 2021 United States Awards. The annual awards recognize the firms and lawyers that led the most significant domestic transactions in corporate finance across the country in 2020. In its announcement, IFLR1000 called Morgan Lewis a “dominant presence in the jurisdiction, working on some of the largest, most complex deals.”
Winners were selected based on IFLR1000’s research into transactions that closed in 2020, and on lawyer and client feedback. IFLR1000’s research focused on legal complexity, deal dynamics, and market impact, as well as legal innovation, which was emphasized over the size of deals.
