Of counsel Sage Fattahian was quoted in an HR Magazine article about the implications of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for employers. In the piece, she discussed the requirements regarding COBRA notices. Sage noted that a model should be provided by the agencies involved within 30 days, “but as we wait for the agencies to issue these, employers should take swift action and work closely with their COBRA administrators to identify any eligible individuals who will need to be provided notification of the COBRA premium subsidy."
