Daniel Skees was quoted in an article by Utility Dive after the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) released a White Paper that divided opinions over incentives for voluntary cybersecurity investments. According to the article, experts say that regardless of the approach FERC takes, the federal government will almost certainly take some action to boost grid resilience. Dan said in the article, “This is one of those areas where we would expect FERC to march forward without interruption.”
