Lovell Minnick Partners is a private equity firm focused on investments in the global financial services industry, including related technology and business services companies. Billhighway provides software-as-a-service-based accounting and transaction processing services to membership-based organizations that use the company’s technology suite for accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
