Partner Larry Turner authored a Practical Guidance article discussing an employer’s effort to address diversity and the resulting claim of reverse discrimination.
The article notes “There is not one right answer to address diversity. A balanced approach builds the foundation employers need to take advantage of the many benefits diversity can bring to their workforces and reduces the legal risk associated with well-intentioned D&I initiatives/programs.”
