Morgan Lewis partner Merryn Craske was quoted in an International Financing Review (IFR) News article about the complexities surrounding European Union (EU) securitisation reform.
“We’ve got a way to go, but I think it’s generally going in a positive direction,” said Merryn, adding, “There are some points that I expect market participants will want to clarify and discuss further, but it is good to see this support from the European Supervisory Authorities for making the EU investor due diligence and disclosure requirements more proportionate and less cumbersome.”
