Partner Levi McAllister spoke with Law360 about the impacts of a second Trump administration on the energy and electric vehicle (EV) industries. Levi noted that EVs are likely to be a top target of the Trump administration, given Trump’s criticisms of EVs on the campaign trail.
“We will get a pretty good sign within the first 100 days about how aggressive this administration will be to discourage or roll back EV policies,” Levi told the publication.
