AmLaw Litigation Daily gave “shout-out” honors to a Morgan Lewis intellectual property team made up of partners Tae-Woong Koo, Wan-Shon Lo, Eric Namrow, Stephanie Roberts, and Krista Vink Venegas, aided by associates Zach Miller and Min Woo Park, for beating back a trade secret challenge at the US International Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC upheld a portion of Administrative Law Judge Bryan Moore’s earlier decision, which found that Medytox had not proven that it ever owned the strain at issue or that Hugel had obtained its strain from Medytox.
