NEW YORK, March 21, 2023: American Lawyer Media (ALM) named Morgan Lewis the winner of the Innovations in Knowledge Management category in the 2023 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards. The annual awards recognize law firms, in-house legal departments, and vendors across 35 categories that have developed and pushed forward innovative legal technology initiatives.
Morgan Lewis was honored for its development of a third-party data integration tool, KM ConnX. The product of a yearlong collaborative effort led by the firm’s knowledge management (KM) and practice services team, KM ConnX provides larger sets of enhanced matter experience data, pulled from third-party sources, that is then integrated and reconciled with the firm’s relevant work experience. This new tool enables the firm to be more efficient, effective, and strategic in its client service.
The firm was also a finalist in three other award categories: Innovations in Pro Bono, Litigation and eDiscovery, and Tech-Enabled Hybrid Work Environment.
