Microsoft recognized Morgan Lewis for exceeding the benchmarks set out in its Law Firm Diversity Program for 2021 in its Microsoft TechNet blog. The program was created in 2008 to recognize the accomplishments, progress, and commitments of Microsoft’s law firm partners to create more diverse and inclusive legal organizations. While making progress on diverse representation for specific Microsoft matters is a key focus of the LFDP, this year the program also recognized firms that have fostered their own inclusive workplace cultures through dedicated D&I committees, strategies, training, and diversity pipelines.
