Morgan Lewis partners Jason Mills and Daryl Landy spoke with The Recorder after California state regulators rescinded COVID-19 workplace safety rules. Jason and Daryl said that the state can fine employers that are not in compliance with the emergency standards, and that a bigger problem for companies might be the negative publicity that comes with a public violation notice.
