Qian (Cora) Liang

Drawing on her technical background in opto-electronic information engineering and electrical engineering, Cora helps guide clients in wireless and networking, semiconductor design and manufacturing, biometric security systems, solar panels, image processing and machine learning, wearable electronics, battery, home appliances, IT software and services, social media advertising, and computer hardware and software fields. She also has experience with image rendering and computer vision, and has previously published thought leadership on related areas for the Journal of Microscopy and the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.

Prior to practicing law, Cora served as an optical engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications, where she worked on a broad range of fiber optic products, including unit-level, card-level, and system-level fiber optical testing, automation, and analysis for transponders, amplifiers, and wavelength selective switches, and optical switches. During this time, Cora became a co-inventor of the US patent regarding transponder modulation measurement (US9838117B2).

Cora was previously a summer associate at Morgan Lewis in 2018 and another large firm in 2017. She is fluent in Chinese.
