Since starting his legal career as a patent prosecutor in Japan, Min Woo Park has broadened his practice to many areas of patent law, including litigation, post-grant procedures, pre-suit due diligence, and licensing. Min’s particular experience includes prosecuting patents in life sciences and litigating Section 337 investigations before the US International Trade Commission (USITC). In addition to life sciences, Min also handles diverse subject matters and has prosecuted and litigated matters involving telecommunications, mobile devices, optical communications, chemicals, medical devices, mechanical devices, automotive technologies, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and image compression and streaming. Min is fluent in Korean and Japanese.
