Marina Kofsman

Marina Kofsman focuses her practice on private investment fund matters. Marina works with institutional investors such as public and private pension plans, funds of funds, bank holding companies and family offices on their investments in a variety of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, impact, credit and hedge funds. As fund formation counsel, Marina advises sponsors of funds of funds, venture capital funds, impact investment funds and separate managed accounts in connection with the structuring, formation, marketing, sponsor’s economic arrangements and regulatory compliance.
