Kristin M. Hasselgren

Kristin Hasselgren focuses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. Kristin also represents sponsors, developers, utilities, and financial institutions in connection with project development, project finance, and general corporate transactions related to electrical generation and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kristin worked in the corporate group of another global law firm, where she primarily worked on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, as well as corporate financings and corporate governance matters.
