Kamilla Abdykarymova

Kamilla Abdykarymova focuses her practice on corporate matters, mining and natural resources, energy, and project development. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kamilla was a part of an in-house legal team at the largest Kazakhstan steel producing and mining company, a leader in Kazakhstan's metallurgical industry, for more than 12 years, eventually becoming the deputy head of the legal department. In this capacity, Kamilla was responsible for handling various matters, including capital construction and investment projects, financing, steel products related antitrust matters, and corporate law matters.
