With federal government experience spanning multiple administrations—including as a deputy assistant director of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and as counsel to the director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition—he represents clients before the FTC, Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, state agencies, and in court. Josh has experience with matters in a variety of sectors, including technology, media, energy, chemicals, life sciences, retail, and industrial products, and leads the firm’s antitrust working group on artificial intelligence and algorithmic pricing issues.
