Joseph A. Nuccio represents employers in employment law disputes before US federal and state trial courts and administrative agencies. He focuses his practice on representing and counseling clients on matters involving wage and hour compliance and collective and class actions; workforce change, including restructurings, outsourcings, and related transactions; and whistleblower claims. Joseph also investigates harassment and discrimination claims, assists with employee disciplinary issues, negotiates separation agreements, and prepares and revises incentive compensation plans and employee policies and handbooks.
