Jessica Parsons

Jessica Parsons advises clients in the alternative investments and private fund industries. She counsels managers in the structuring and operation of private investment funds across various asset classes, including private equity and private credit, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, impact investments and other environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Jessica assists institutional investors in structuring their investments in private funds and other alternative investment products, including negotiating investment terms and side letter rights. She also assists clients with corporate governance matters and commercial contract review.
