Jeremiah C. Parker

Jerry regularly represents sponsors, issuers, underwriters, purchasers, and other transaction participants in public and private issuances of corporate and asset-backed fixed income securities, asset-based lending, and term and ABCP conduit financing of various assets. He has experience with a broad range of financial assets and other collateral, including credit card receivables, trade receivables, dealer floorplan loans, automobile loans and leases, wireless equipment installment plan (EIP) contracts, and other esoteric assets. Jerry also represents lenders in secured credit facilities, purchasers in acquiring and financing portfolios of financial assets, and sponsors of corporate bond repackaging programs.
