Jaclyn Unis Whittaker

Jaclyn also counsels companies across industries on developing, implementing, evaluating, and auditing internal compliance and ethics programs. She is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association and the National Arab American Bar Association. Jaclyn is also a member of the firm’s Middle Eastern North African Lawyer Network.

Jaclyn maintains an active pro bono practice and volunteers for the HIAS division in Philadelphia and a number of voting rights organizations nationally. She has also represented clients in civil rights cases before the Third Circuit and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jaclyn worked as a securities litigation and white collar defense associate at an international law firm and clerked on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
