Brian Melton concentrates on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work include finance, restructuring, securities, and public and private equity offerings. Brian’s pro bono practice focuses on representing nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally.

Brian earned his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. While attending law school, Brian worked as a senior editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. He also served on the board of the Penn Business Law Association. Prior to law school, Brian studied finance and economics at Drexel University.
