LONDON, July 8, 2024: Morgan Lewis has been short-listed in the dispute resolution category for the Financial Times 2024 Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe. The awards honor law firms, in-house teams, and lawyers who are developing and delivering new ways to serve clients and drive positive change in the legal profession.
The recognition relates to the firm’s victory in a landmark and precedent-setting competition law appeal in the UK, which successfully challenged decisions made by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). The case was led by Frances Murphy and Leonidas Theodosiou.
Winners will be announced at a September 12 awards dinner in London.
