Morgan Lewis has been selected as a finalist in the ESG Impact category as part of The Legal Intelligencer’s Pennsylvania Legal Awards for the firm’s work guiding clients on nascent ESG matters and its contributions to scores of nonprofits.
In a Q&A feature, Morgan Lewis’s ESG team discussed the biggest trends they are seeing in the space, noting “ESG has always been a buzzword, but in the past year it went from a business imperative for many to a balancing act. Many companies are weighing consumer, supplier, employee, board, or shareholder demands for more inclusive and sustainable practices against the potential threat of litigation for discrimination or greenwashing.”
