NEW YORK, October 26, 2022: MSP Sports Capital closed on its acquisition of a majority interest in X Games from ESPN Productions, Inc., a subsidiary of ESPN, Inc. Morgan Lewis represented MSP Sports Capital in its acquisition of the iconic sports and entertainment property.
MSP Sports Capital is a global private equity firm founded by veteran investor-operators Jeff Moorad and Jahm Najafi, who have knowledge and experience with the world’s largest sports leagues, including MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, and European Football.
